Run Horsey Run

When I lived in Texas before, I lived right down the street from a horse track. Every time we drove by it Shae would ask to see the horses race. I tryed telling her that, that is not were they race but I knew of a place were we could go and watch them. Time after time I told her we would go and in the end I left Texas with out fulfilling that request of hers. So this time I made it a point to make sure we went to the horse races, just the two of us.
Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, TX has races different nights of the week and weekday. Last Thursday we made the trip out to the track together and Shae had the best time ever.

I LOVE EVENINGS LIKE THIS WERE SHE IS SO HAPPY AND WE ARE DOING SOMETHING THAT SHE WANTS. I am so not looking forward to leaving & braking her heart again.
