Tonight I managed to make a Peppermint Cheese Cake (my favorite) and we baked a Pumpkin Pie. We will also be having a Pecan Pie and a Pumpkin Pecan Cheese Cake from the Cheese Cake Factory. Just for Gabe, he LOVES Pumpkin Cheese Cake and the CC Factory it was.
On the down side of things Jared dose have Staff Duty tonight, ugh. Stupid Re-D but only a few more days and he is back to his Platoon. Lucky for him he gets out of doing all the prepping and cooking for the wonderful lunch we will be having. Fine by me he needs his beauty sleep and I love to cook. :)

I'm almost embarrassed to admit this, being the baking fanactic that I am, but I've never heard of peppermint cheesecake!! I'm not too into cheesecake, so I'm gonna chalk it up to that being my excuse for lack of knowledge :) All the desserts look fabulous though!!
No I have never heard of a peppermint cheese cake, but I am not into cheesecake. Hope your Thanksgiving was as nice as mine, sounds wonderful, know Gabe's parents enjoyed it, so glad they came to be with you all. Love, NeNe
