Waimea Swinging Bridge in Kauai

The Waimea Swinging Bridge crosses the Waimea River. This bridge provides the only access to farms on the other side of the river. The original suspension bridge was destroyed by Hurricane Iniki in 1992 but a new one was finally rebuilt in 1996. It was a bit creepy once you first stepped on the bridge because it swayed back and forth but after getting some what across it wasn't to bad. Well other than when Gabe decided to help the wind move the bridge more than it already was, he's such a turd face some but I LOVE HIM. <3
