Fiestaware Collection

 It's no lie that I love my Fiestaware collection and I'm always adding to it. I also working on a Fiestaware wish list post, coming soon. But in the mean time I though I would show case my current collections. I love cooking, hosting and having people over for the Holidays or a simple dinner. This was our Christmas evening Spread this past year. We had the In-Loves in town and another couple from the Battalion came over.

Vintage Yellow Toaster - my most recent purchase. 

After compiling everything together into one post it doesn't seem as if my collection is that large. Guess that just mean I need to keep adding to it and that I will do. I have a few wish lists made on random sites with different items so I'll have to compile them all in to one post soon. My favorite part of my kitchen is my Fiestaware. My ultimate goal one day is to have hutch or buffet of some sort to display my collection and have it easy to access for using. 

Stay Safe......&......Keep Calm

We are running with a bit more piazzas at night now. Since it gets dark so early still we are always making sure we stand out so cars can see us when they pass by. Kelly found these awesome light up bracelets at Feet Feet this past weekend. Best part about them is they were FREE!!!! Safety first!!!! She scored 3 of them. They have 3 different settings, solid, fast pace blinking and slow pace blinking. They are super light weight and clip on easily. We called them our spider-man power bling. 

She also decked out LuLu's jogger stroller with reflector tape. We took her tonight because her dad wasn't home yet. Poor girl passed out before we got half way around the block. It's hard being a wee little one, with loads of energy. :) 

Remember my fabulous Raspberry Ice hot pink KitchenAid I got for Christmas?!??!! If not you can check it out HERE!!! Well I decided to dress it up a bit more, I mean because it wasn't fabulous enough already lol. I ordered this fabulous decal from Uppercase Living and I'm absolutely loving it. This was my 2nd purchase from them and I'm still pleased as ever. It came in the mail tonight and I couldn't wait to put it on. The Cupcake was suppose to go at the very top but it would have been to cramped. So I decided to put it on the side, I think it looks great there. The hubbs even suggested getting a 2nd cupcake for the other side. I love it, I still don't know how I've gone this long with out a KitchenAid. No turning back now, It's one of my favorite kitchen appliances. Heck it even looks good just simply sitting on our counter. I've lost track of how many times I've used it. (yes, I tried to keep count at first. lol)

Hope your not tired of me talking about my KitchenAid yet!!! I'm sure there will be plenty more experiences using it to come. :) 

Monday Fun Day Blues

I'm happy to say that my run went a lot better tonight. I was so motivated and pumped when I got off work. I completely erased yesterday out of my head, with a fresh start nothing was going to hold me back. I pushed though it and ran it out as hard as I could. Still it wasn't a great as previous run and I know now that its just going to take a good couple runs to get used to my new shoes. But I'm not going to let that get me down. I did once, (yesterday) and I'm not going to let it happen. I'm motivated more than ever and I have nothing to loose but everything to gain. There's no stopping me now!!!! 

On another note: when I was in Texas back in October I bought my Mamaw this high speed toaster that she wanted for her birthday. In the shopping process I found this fabulous crock pot that was made by the same brand as the toaster. I just had to have it, and of course I needed it in Hot Pink!!!! My mamaw decided she would get it for us for Christmas. We quickly found out that this color wasn't sold in stores. Ok so problem solved we'll order it on line.....NOT.......it was sold out and has been for the past 2 plus Months. I think it was a couple days before Christmas my Mamaw (or my mom, I don't remember who it was) called me and told me that my mom had order the crock pot. It was finally back in stock on line. YAY!!!!! The color I wanted. My beautiful Hot Pink Crock Pot arrived this evening. It's not the same color pink as my KitchenAid but that's ok it's going to look great in our kitchen when we use it anyways. I mean seriously how many people can say they have a PINK Crock Pot. 

PS: is it Friday yet?!?!? I'm ready for Saturday and Sunday again......I really enjoyed my semi lazy weekend yesterday & the day before.
