7 Year Wedding Anniversary

I really and truly can not believe we've been married for 7 years Today. Some days it seems like the time has flown by and then other days it seems like we've been married for just a short couple of month. I've been looking back through pictures over the past 7 years this weekend. We've been through so much, more than many people do in a life time. Good times and Bad, Hard time and Easy all of it which has made us and brought us to were we are today in our marriage. I wouldn't trade any of it for the world. He's my Rock and I'm more in love with my husband today then I was 7 years ago when we said our "I Do's". 

We celebrated back in October with a weekend trip to Chattanooga, TN (that yes I still need to blog) but for now a trip down memory lane through the past 7 years.

I love you baby so much and I am the luckiest girl in the world because you chose to be with me out of any one else. I can't wait to see what the next 7+ years and the many more after that have in store for us. Your my best friend and we share a life full of Pure Bliss,

Best of 2011

I am keeping this simple with one major highlight from 2011 ~

MY SOLDIER CAME HOME FROM IRAQ, we finished out our 2nd deployment and I couldn't be happier to have him home safe in my arms again. If nothing else this was the one and only thing I wanted for 2011 and I got it.

I am truly blessed with everything I was able to accomplish in the past year. I am so excited to see what 2012 has in store for us. I have always looked forward to a New Year but for some reason I'm even more excited about 2012. Not sure if its all the travel plans we have or the fact that I just am feeling better about myself than I have in a long time or that I know I will have my man home with me. (even if he will be gone almost 6-7 days a week working 50-60 + hrs a day) Either way I am determined to make the very most of 2012 and not let anything get in my way.

2011 had its ups and downs for sure it wasn't all sugary, I have to say two of the hardest, worst things for me was the hubbs going back to the "sand box" after R&R and moving from Hawaii leaving our Army Family.

Over all 2011 was a great year for the both of us and I am happy with the way its ending!!!!!!! Here's to a fabulous year through 2012, I hope you'll stick around with me along our journey.

30 B4 30

With 2011 just a few days away now, I have been thinking a lot about the future and whats in store. We will be finishing out our 2ND deployment, I'll turn 25 in April and Gabe will turn 28 in May , we will be married for 4 years come November and will make our 2ND big move as a married couple back to the mainland. A lot has changed over the last 4 years being with Gabe and I have grown so much closer to him and we have become so much stronger as a couple.
Our life in the Army living in Hawaii has opened my eyes to a whole new world and shown me things & taken me places I never could of imagined possible. As I look forward and think about the next big milestone in my life......turning that is. I want to make the BEST out of the next 5 years and our future together. My friend J gave me this idea and once I started thinking the ideas were endless. So in NO particular order at all here is a list of things that I want to do before I'm THIRTY!!!!!

1~Visit the major Islands of Hawaii : The Big Island, Kauai, Maui

8~Take a road trip across the mainland both w/ Gabe & again w/ a girlfriend
