Combative's Level 2

Hubby is taking combative's level 2 this week (it started yesterday) and its really kicking his butt. He came home today and hasn't done much since. I had to wake him up to eat dinner and even then he was a bit out of it. He's not having to go in till 8am but the training is so intense. It gives him head aches and he wont take meds unless he just has to. I can't imagine how its going to be when he takes level 3 & I don't even want to think about level 4. There is only 6 of them taking the class & one of them had a rib broken yesterday and was taken to the emergency room. Today they found out that he is on profile for the next 10 weeks.
I baby sat last night for a family in my class, the dad is the chief radiologist at Moncrief Army Community Hospital here on post. I was talking to him about it and he said they see a lot of guys come in with broken knuckles, ribs, forearms and more. This didn't make me feel any better about it. We've just got to make it through the next 3 days and then we will be in the clear for now. I just can't imagine him getting badly hurt while taking a class that is required by the army.
Our 80lb lap dog, has to be the center of attention as always.

Yikes!! I hope he gets through it without anything serious happening! That is ridiculous that it is such a common thing for them to get hurt...Paul has to take it once a week in AIT and I don't like it much even if he does! lol

It makes me so mad when guys get hurt in training! Last training our guys had, a lot of them ended up in the hospital with hypothermia. So dumb.
