Motivation

You've got to love Pinterest, I mean really who doesn't I'm sure we all spend more time on there then we really should. I have gotten to the point were I wont get on unless I have a good amount of free time. This weekend has been one of those times. We've enjoy a nice relaxing lazy weekend at home both Saturday & Sunday and I have to say its been really nice.

My Motivation for running ~ to continue to build a healthier life style, because I love the feeling after I'm done, to be able to say I DID IT, its my way of clearing my head & getting some fresh air, to help me get in the BEST shape of my life.
I could really go on & on with reason's why I run, why I enjoy it & love it so much.
If you were to have asked me a year ago about running or my thoughts on it, I probably would have laughed at you. But just like learning to walk or drive a car you've got to start some were & I did just that.

I found a running group here in the South that meets on Monday nights that I think I might check out and see how it goes. They run along one of the river walks that we found over the Christmas break. It would be great to have other people to run with, that have the same passion as I do. Although I've never ran with a large group of people before (I say large but I'm not sure how many people there are) I'm not sure how I would like it either. I guess I'll never know till I try. right!!
I have to give a big thanks to my spouse, she pushed / encouraged me do do my first 5K and since I started training & working towards that last Feb. I've been unstoppable. So THANK YOU SPOUSE!!!
