Butterfinger Cookies

These wont last long in your house so make a double batch if you can. For those lovers of Peanut Butter Cookies these just have a little twist that you are sure to love.


Butterfinger Cookies~

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soften butter
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1-1/4 cups chunky peanut butter
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
5 butterfinger candy bars CHOPPED
(i used a whole bag of mini bars, that equaled 5 large bars)

Directions:
1) In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg white, stir in peanut butter & vanilla.
2) In a small bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt; slowly add to cream mixture and mix well. Add candy bars and mix well.
3) Shape into 1-1/2 in. balls and place 2 in. apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
Move to wire racks to cool, this recipe makes just over 4 dozen decadent treats that you are sure to dance over.
