DAY 62
IM DONE, how about you????
I am finally done with Christmas shopping, baking and putting things together. Everything is sorted and ready to go in the mail. I wanted to make sure I was able to get every last project / gift finished up this week before the spouse gets here THIS WEEKEND. We delivered the baked goods to our neighbors tonight and everything else is in the mail and off to its recipients. Mailing everything at the post office was the worst part I think. Every time I've been to the one here on post there is always only one person working and they are so slow. I just hope that the mail system isn't as slow as the workers. I though I was taking the easy way out this year by baking yummy sweet treats to send home to family but little did I know it was a all weekend project. It did keep me busy though while Gabe was gone so that's a plus. I am happy to be done with it all. I love the holidays and everything that comes with it & I am truly happy that I am getting to spend them with my love this year. Shopping for him has been fun and easy it reminds me of our first Christmas together in Hawaii. I can't wait for our Christmas Eve Sandwiches and Christmas Day pancakes yum yum. I'm definitely taking full advantage of our time off together because I have no idea what next year will hold.

Looks like you went to town on the treats! You have some very lucky recipients :) I still have one more trip to the post office before xmas which I'm dreading.
